Overview

Talented & Experienced Sous - Chef, is wanted to join our team at Yellow Beach Cafe, Langkawi.

Supporting our head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef in the overall management and organisation of the kitchen, including staff supervision, scheduling, and task delegation
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and execute innovative menu items that showcase the best of local and international cuisines
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
• Overseeing the procurement, storage, and inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
