Support the management and enhancement of official marketplace stores by uploading new products, adjusting prices, and overseeing inventory levels.

Optimize product listings by frequently refreshing descriptions and images.

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and prompt order processing.

Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities on the platforms.

Work with the e-commerce lead and marketing team to create and upload digital assets for campaigns.

Track campaign performance and provide insights for future enhancements.

Collect and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign outcomes, and customer insights.

Utilize platform analytics to assess product performance and suggest real-time adjustments.

Work together with the customer service team to resolve any marketplace-related customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.

Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by reviewing feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Assist in managing advertising initiatives (e.g., sponsored products) on marketplace platforms.

Monitor advertising expenditure and performance to ensure campaigns are effective and stay within budget.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies and tasks.

Provide regular updates to the e-commerce lead / manager on current tasks, potential obstacles, and areas for enhancement.
