Key Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding Rockstar :

    • Roll out the red carpet for new hires, guiding and executing our awesome onboarding process end to end and making their first days memorable.

  • Data Dynamo :

    • Keep our employee data updated and accurate. From pre-onboarding to regular HR operations, you'll make sure everything's in tip-top shape.

  • Expatriate Management & Travel Application :

    • Process all travel application request and projection end to end for inbound and outbound including visa, work permit and logistic arrangement in line with our business requirement. Coordinate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders as required.

  • Compliance Adherence :

    • Monitor and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to always ensure compliance. Conduct regular checks and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance concerns. Upholding company values and code of conduct.

  • Overall Support :

    • Proactively contribute to process improvement including report delivery. Administer HR policies & procedures and support on employee queries. Participate in HR projects and undertake other assigned tasks and on ad-hoc basis. Communicate with internal & external stakeholder and support the overall HR operations and administration.

    Key Requirement

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Possess Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage.
  • 2 years and above of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and growth in HR field.
  • Position level commensurate with experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team in fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationship and collaborate.
