Regional Interior Designer

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in producing and maintaining design guidelines, standard drawing templates, and detail libraries. Support consistency and quality in design across all regions. Review and comment on design proposals submitted by franchisees. Ensure design alignment with brand identity, functional requirements, and technical feasibility. Respond to design-related enquiries from all regions and upcoming countries. Support localization of design for various markets while maintaining brand integrity. Ensuring submitted drawings and documents (internal or franchise) meet visual, technical, and formatting standards before release. Helping to organize, archive, and manage updates of drawing sets and guideline documents, especially across different countries / versions. Contributing feedback or improvements to how the team produces, reviews, or localizes design documents (especially helpful in international / regional rollouts). Acting as a point of contact between COE Design and Ops, Marketing, or Construction teams on matters affecting design execution or layout practicality. Occasionally assisting new regional team members or franchisees to understand the design standards, templates, and tools.
