Job Description

Acts as the point of contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage end-to-end operational queries and provide support. Serves as the secondary point of contact in the absence of the team lead for managing end-to-end operational queries and deliverables. Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and with expected quality, engaging with stakeholders.

• Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements
• Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs
• Advocate for clients within the Network Operations Center (NOC) by providing feedback on client needs and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
• Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve operations effectiveness
• Understand the relationship of assigned processes to upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data and minimize rework
