A Construction Company is Looking for a Senior Finance Executive based in Petaling Jaya

This publicly listed company specialises within the Property Development & Construction division, focusing on various developments within Malaysia.

Your new role

Record collections, prepare e-invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and calculate late interest charges.

Record and process payments, and prepare payment vouchers.

Verify petty cash and credit card claims.

Prepare documents for investment applications and withdrawals.

Oversee all investment and borrowing facilities.

Handle high volumes of transactions with precision.

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Analyse deviations from budget and provide insights for resource optimisation.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations, the Company Act, and internal controls.

Maintain proper records for audit and compliance.

Collaborate effectively with Company Secretary, financial institutions, and legal authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role, you will need to possess :

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and ongoing professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience within the Accounting and Finance field, preferably in Construction, Property Development or Infrastructure industries
• Fresh auditors who have audited for construction or related industries are welcome to apply.
• Good personality with strong communication skills
• Being able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
