Role Description

Takaful Planner (Sales & Marketing)

As a Takaful Planner, you will be at the forefront of promoting AIA's Takaful protection and savings plans. This role combines sales, marketing, and financial advisory, where you will :

• Provide professional financial solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct presentations and marketing campaigns to create awareness on the importance of financial protection.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve group and individual sales targets.
• Represent AIA Takaful with professionalism, trust, and positivity.

Qualifications

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who aspire to grow in the financial services industry. Ideal candidates should have :

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (any field).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with a positive and resilient mindset.

Sales and marketing experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Willingness to continuously learn and improve through training and development.
