Job Description

Develop and implement test automation frameworks to support project requirements.

Collaborate with development teams to identify testing needs and ensure quality standards are met.

Perform automated testing on applications to detect and resolve software defects early in the lifecycle.

Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.

Analyze test results and generate reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Maintain and improve existing test automation tools to optimize efficiency.

Provide mentorship to junior team members in test automation best practices.

Stay updated with emerging testing technologies and recommend improvements to current processes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Lead Test Automation Engineer Should Have

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in test automation and software quality assurance.

Proficiency in test automation tools and programming languages such as Selenium, Python, or Java.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
