Recruitment Team Lead (Sales & Marketing Industrial | Procurement & Supply Chain | Healthcare & Lifesciences) at MVC Resources

Key Responsibilities

Market Development : Identify untapped opportunities and unmet customer needs through comprehensive market mapping, feedback gathering, and analysis to guide new product introductions, data-driven initiatives, and application opportunities.

Business Strategy Execution : Drive the Department’s business plan in alignment with both regional and company-wide strategies, ensuring consistency and growth across all activities.

Budget & Sales Management : Prepare, recommend, and manage annual sales and expense budgets. Oversee sales operations to achieve revenue and collection targets.

Sales & Marketing Planning : Develop and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies aligned with country and regional objectives. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging markets, new product opportunities, and industry trends.

Performance Monitoring : Regularly review product performance, stock levels, and market positioning to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Principal & Supplier Management : Act as the key liaison with principals, suppliers, and partners by coordinating visits, reviewing sales performance, ensuring timely reporting, and updating company digital systems with opportunities, visit reports, and product samples.

Commercial & Technical Collaboration : Partner with principals / suppliers on technical and commercial matters, including pricing and negotiations, to develop mutually beneficial business opportunities.

Regional Alignment : Work closely with the Business Line Head and Regional Portfolio Manager to roll out regional strategies locally, providing valuable market insights and industry intelligence to support decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

4–5 years of professional experience in the distribution business, ideally with exposure to industries such as oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, electronics, or batteries.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and effectively.

High level of integrity, tact, and enthusiasm in building professional relationships.

Customer-focused mindset with a mature, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Goal-driven with proven initiative and determination in achieving sales targets.

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

Solid technical foundation with proficiency in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
