Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensuring that all project scopes are delivered on time , within scope and budget.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

REQUIREMENT

At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field .
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Civil ) / Building / Construction.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
Team player, good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
Good project management and supervision skills.
Able to lead and make strong decisions.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Candidates must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
