Technical Support Assistant - Intune

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Advisor - Intune to join our dynamic team. If you're an expert in Azure AD, MFA, SSO, and familiar with Microsoft 365, this is your chance to make an impact in a regional role supporting the China / Taiwan market.

Specific job responsibilities :

Managing the different devices that access organization resources.
Manages user access to organizational resources and simplifies app and device management across your many devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints.

Mandatory skillets :

Strong proficiency in Chinese (speak, read, and write) - to support China / Taiwan market

Basic knowledge of MDM, MAM. Azure AD

Understanding Windows Server / Clients. Android, IOS

Knowledge of Active Directory (Entra ID), Autopilot

Understanding of basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
