Procurement Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Request and review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high product quality.
• Handle end-to-end procurement activities, monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Ensure timely purchasing to prevent stock shortages or production line disruptions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Source new suppliers and identify product alternatives when required.
• Evaluate and track supplier performance to ensure consistent standards.
• Documentation & Reporting

Ensure all procurement records are accurately filed, organized, and updated.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
