Project Engineers (Mechanical - 3 pax, Electrical- 3 pax, Civil - 3 pax) Palm Oil Mill EPCC
Manage worksites for new construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives.
Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and other specialists, hire laborers and coordinate their schedules.
Visit sites regularly during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch walks and closeouts, and attend status and coordination meetings.
Lead and coordinate various engineering functions and operations including installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, design review & improvement, and coordination with vendor.
Facilitate communication among clients / customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking project progress against the project schedule and preparing overall progress reports to ensure that work proceeds as planned and minimize delays.
Organize workforce for respective work activities and ensure the works are according to drawings, specifications, procedures, and approved design.
Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Have knowledge of construction methods and technologies and the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Ensure any changes or variations to the original plans are properly verified, measured, and approved by the client before implementation.
Review work and projects for technical accuracy, identify problems, and take the lead on developing solutions.
Coordinate all internal and external efforts for proper job execution.
Coordinate subcontract work carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
Establish, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
