MASS Precision Malaysia provides a comprehensive array of cost-effective services, encompassing engineering review, quality engineering support, CAD / CAM software design and engineering, precision machining, TIG / MIG / Robotic welding, painting, and metal finishing, along with an ERP system to manage intricate component procurement and enhance supply chain performance
Responsibilities
- Execute all HR tasks, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and industrial relations.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Participate in developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of Malaysia Labour Act and IR Act, as well as all other aspects of HR, including employment-related laws and regulations, payroll, and industrial relations.Proficient in both English and Malay language.HR certification is an added advantage.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.Qualification
