About the Role

We are hiring Oracle SRE Cloud Engineers with strong expertise in Oracle ExaCC Database Services and Cloud Development. This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, offering a permanent position with an attractive package based on experience, and company sponsored Business visa to the employee and their family.

The role involves managing Oracle ExaCC infrastructure, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, proactive patching, automation, and compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain Oracle ExaCC Database Servers.
• Setup and maintain Oracle Linux VM servers under ExaCC.
• Perform proactive patching of ExaCC components including infrastructure, DOMU, Grid Infrastructure, and Databases.
• Provide support for enabling HA and DR solutions, including DR simulation and activity.
• Maintain and monitor all supported systems to ensure optimum condition.
• Support projects as assigned by management, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, governance, and best practices.
• Improve and automate incident detection for operating systems, databases, software products, and configuration issues.
• Resolve issues effectively with problem tracking, monitoring, and timely closure.
• Escalate incidents beyond scope to relevant reporting lines.
