Our client is a structural steel specialist founded in 1979, offering full-cycle services from design and fabrication to installation of steel structures.
Job Responsibilities :
Scrutinizing maintenances and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best
deals
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and manage subcontractors
progress claim and others issues.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other
documents such as Pre & Post administration works.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationship with external and internal
stakeholders.
Manage and oversee all aspects of contract management, including contract
administration, negotiation and enforcement.
Tender assignments such as sourcing for quotations, estimate project costs, bill of
quantity and other related tasks.
Liaise with site personnel and purchasing personnel regarding materials
requirements in relation to projects and administration matters.
Liaise with clients’ representatives and / or consultants or local authorities as the
case may be on matters pertaining to contracts and claims.
Ensure all works carried out by sub-contractors are in accordance with the
requirements of the main contracts and sub-contracts.
Responsible for all contractual disputes including resolving all potential technical and
contractual non-compliance issues in consultation with the relevant project team.
Manage and oversee all aspects of contract management, including contract
administration, negotiation, and enforcement.
Handle contractual disputes and claims, utilizing expertise in arbitration, dispute
resolution, and contractual matters.
Provide guidance and support in the preparation of contractual letters and
documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, identifying potential risks, and proposing risk
mitigation strategies.
Monitor contract compliance and performance, ensuring adherence to contractual
terms and conditions.
Stay updated with industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices in contract
management.
To handle and prepare all documents relates to project with ad-hoc duties given by
the Managing Director or General Manager as and when needed.
Assist to manage and report to the Project Manager / Management on day-to-day
project planning & implementation, and all other technical aspects of assigned
projects.
