Penerangan pekerjaanA bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field Candidate who able to take care and pray the Da Tuk Kong (拿督公) Proven track record in planning, designing, and optimizing mining operations Excellent knowledge of mining techniques, equipment, and safety regulations Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects Proficient in the use of mining software and data analysis tools Willingness to travel to various mining sites as required Able to drive for purchasing purpose
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the planning, design, and development of mining operations, including the extraction, processing, and transportation of minerals
- Conduct geological surveys, analyze data, and make recommendations to optimize mining processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative mining techniques
- Monitor and optimize the performance of mining equipment and machinery
- Provide technical support and guidance to the mining team
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the mining operations
- Prepare various maintenance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Plan and requisition maintenance materials as needed.
- Work with the Purchasing Manager to manage spare parts inventory and orders.
