A DAY IN A LIFE (What You'll do)

As our Assistant Manager, Recruitment , you’ll lead the end-to-end hiring process, from understanding talent requirements and swiftly launching job roles, to sourcing high-quality candidates, coordinating assessments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. At Teleport, we balance speed with precision to help build the right team, fast.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate success profiles to develop clear and compelling job descriptions and effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure every candidate has a clear, consistent, and engaging experience from first touch to offer.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Play a key role to the improvement of recruitment processes to support scalable hiring across the region.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to candidates.
