Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance / CFA / ACCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience with managerial exposure preferably in similar background. Familiar with regulations requirements on financial management, forecasting, budgeting, monthly accounting closing and financial analysis for decision making of the management. Strong analytical skills, able to achieve deadline and work under pressure. High level of integrity, initiative and result oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Deals with operational finance matters
- Prepares monthly and weekly cashflows
- Monitors project and sales budget
- Maintains mutual relationship with inter-department and external bankers
- Monitoring of daily collection / fund placement, plan out bank facilities requirements / repayments, apply and review of banking facilities by keeping abreast with financial products available in the market.
- Overseeing Finance and accounting related matters, able to prepare financial statements and tax computation.
- Collates regional financial report.
- Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time
