Role Purpose

Role Purpose : CrimsonLogic is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that leverage advanced AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), to deliver exceptional user experiences. Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Implement AI-driven functionalities, such as intelligent chatbots, to enhance user interaction and support. Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Address and resolve any defects or issues identified during testing or reported by users. Prepare detailed technical documentation for features and updates. Experience with cloud-based development and deployment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Working Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience Skills

Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and chatbot development is desired. Proven experience in software development. Experience in setting up and optimizing RAG pipelines. Familiar with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow. Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning of language models.
