Warehouse Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Overview

• Responsibility and accountability for inventory management and all warehouse operations.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish products as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
• Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of variances.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain records.
• Generate and analyse weekly and monthly operational reports (inventory aging, slow-moving stock, delivery performance, etc.) to support decision-making.
• Liaise with transporters, and internal departments to coordinate operations smoothly.
