Drone Footage Integration : Incorporate aerial footage captured by our drone team to provide unique perspectives and showcase the surrounding neighborhood and amenities. Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, incorporating their feedback to ensure that the final product exceeds expectations. Market Trends Awareness : Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in real estate marketing and video production, continuously seeking ways to innovate and differentiate our offerings. Job Requirements

Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin Possess minimum Diploma or above Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in real estate or property-related projects. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and the ability to translate property features into compelling visual narratives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders.
