Penerangan pekerjaanHandle full set account Handle monthly payroll Prepare monthly accounting report such as Statements, Bank recon, P&L, B / S & etc before deadline Chasing payment & update customer payment status Handle monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF submission To assist to prepare quotation & invoice Willing pick up ad-hoc tasks Free parking Mandarin (Preferred) English (Preferred)
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in accounting field.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English
- Able to handle full set acccounts
- Able to handle monthly payroll
- Able to deal with auditor
- Preferred candidate fluent in Mandarin, candidate requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must computer literate - Autocount accounting System, SQL Payroll system, MS Excel & Word
- Able to assist director in all daily matters
- Able to start work immediately
- Prefer lady candidate
