Assist clients in booking hotel meeting and events space
Support sales team and provide service directly to clients
Attend walk-in enquiries, telephone, WhatsApp and email from potential clients
Secure leads on potential business and maximize hotel revenue
Assist Senior & Junior Sales team members in administrative tasks, RFPs, group resumes, social media content, events confirmation, event order, contract, exhibition & operations as needed
Tele-marketing on potential clients on new accounts to expand the current database
Establish & update database reports to HODs on hotel guest feedback & discussions
Promote Food & Beverage outlets
Assist HODs and Executives on sales visits or site inspections
Prepare group resumes for group conventions, VVIPs, VIPs & high-profile personnel prior to arrival
Follow up past function files for potential revenue / functions
Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in related field
A commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Knowledge & Skills
Computer knowledge – Microsoft Word & Excel & Opera
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
Willing to work extra hours as needed to get the work done
