Job Description
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp's and walk-in.
- Provide on-ground assistance during interment and memorial events.
- Help coordinate with families and guide them through procedures.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and form filing.
- Support customer queries and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed.
- Assist the service team with stock handling and event setup.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
