SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• To supervise and monitor all works in accordance with the contract, method statement, construction drawings and all related specifications.
• To conduct QAQC and regular inspections to ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and standards set by the consultant, developer / client.
• Liaise with consultant or project team regarding construction plans / drawings and site construction issues.
• To conduct checks on materials delivered to site and ensure complying to contract.
• Identify any construction problems and ensure they are solved by the correct method.
• To assist Project Manager in managing construction site, checking and reporting the main-con / sub-con progress.
• To keep all relevant documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works.
• Responsible for all site daily inspection works (Architecture, Structures and M&E) including CPC and CCC inspections, defects rectification works.
