Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Site Supervisor to join our team at Oriental United Construction Sdn Bhd. As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our construction projects in Rawang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will require your expertise in managing site operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and supervising all site activities, including the work of tradespeople, subcontractors and labourers

Ensuring that project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site

Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on progress to management

Enforcing health and safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all workers

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the site team

Collaborating with the project management team to optimise site operations

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry

Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
