Overview

Smart Print Supplies is seeking an experienced General Worker to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This is a full-time position offering a stable and rewarding career opportunity.

Responsibilities

Able to communicate fluent Mandarin & English due to customer preferred language
To perform a basic variety of administrative duties.
To perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior
Ability to sort out documents given to you daily in order.
Internal and external correspondence
To overseeing the day-to-day activities on our Shopee / Lazada store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service
To feedback to office whenever necessary / required.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment
Ensuring a safe and organized work environment
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

Possess valid car / riding license.

Literate mainly in Mandarins, English.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods

Highly confidential, reliable and responsible in handling day to day job task.

Familiar with most of Penang Island & Mainland routes.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods

Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays (IF) required. (Just for Shopee Packaging).
