Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, execute and support marketing campaigns across Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) channels, including print, radio, in-mall, outdoor media, in-store promotions and marketing collaterals (posters, leaflets, signage, etc) ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal departments (designers, buyers, operations etc.) and external parties (media, suppliers, malls etc.) for production, quotations, permits, support, timely deliveries, placements and other marketing-related matters.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate advertising, promotional and event concepts and ideas.
Create and proofread Marketing and PR-related materials in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Plan, coordinate and execute events, including store openings, monthly events, launches etc.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Handle administrative tasks, including purchase orders, budgeting, quotations and invoice processing.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising & promotions, PR & Events, advertising agencies, event organization, retail or mall management.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus). Experience in creating copy for press releases is advantageous.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
