We are looking for a Men's Assistant A proactive, detail-oriented Business Assistant to support daily operations, administrative functions and strategic tasks. This position is suitable for someone who can adapt to a dynamic environment, is good at multi-tasking, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 4 years experience within a Admin Assistant or Real Estate Consulting role, ideally within the Financial Services and Real Estate industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
