POSITION OVERVIEW
Part-time Administrative Assistant supporting PETADIRI's leadership development programs. 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Primarily remote work with occasional on-site training assistance. Working hours during business hours - timing to be discussed based on mutual availability. Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Program Support (45%)
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership training programs
- Maintain training material libraries and version control
- Coordinate training logistics (venues, materials, participant communications)
- Prepare participant handouts, certificates, and feedback forms
- Occasional on-site support as Training Assistant during programs
General Administrative Support (40%)
SALES : Update CRM, format proposals, schedule client meetingsOPERATIONS : Coordinate client projects, collect feedback, maintain file organizationMARKETING : Support content creation, manage speaking engagement logisticsClient Communication & Coordination (10%)
Follow up with training participants and corporate clientsCoordinate meeting schedules and venue bookingsManage email correspondence and phone inquiriesHRD Corp Training Management (5%)
Assist with HRD Corp documentation when neededBasic record keeping for training complianceIDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience : 2+ years administrative support, preferably in training / consultingTechnical Skills : Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, basic graphic designAvailability : 4 hours daily, Monday-Friday during business hoursFlexibility : Able to provide occasional on-site training supportCommunication : Professional English and Bahasa MalaysiaTraits : Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independentlyWHAT WE OFFER
