Responsibilities and Duties

Provides profession advice to customer onsite regarding machine installation environment, computer hardware / software system and electricity specification requirement.
Setup installation of machine and conduct machine operation training in customer site.
Provides technical support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, setting on machine and training.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant technical certification

1–2 years of electronics troubleshooting experience preferred

Valid driving license and own transport required

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage (many clients speak Mandarin / Cantonese)
