What you will do :

Administrative Support :

  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with key clients.

    • Sales Analysis and Reporting :

  • Prepare reports on key account performance and activities.

    • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Support the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.

    • Requirements

    Must have :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal & written communication skill in English, Malay & Mandarin

    • Nice to have :

  • Be able to converse in local Chinese dialect (Hokkien / Hakka)
