Key Responsibilities :
- Design engaging and implement play-rich activities that spark curiosity in line with the Reggio Emilia approach and PERMATA domains.
- Incorporate natural materials, open-ended resources, and project-based learning into daily activities.
- Observe, document, and reflect on children's interests, progress, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure children's safety, comfort, and emotional well-being at all times.
- Support children's routines such as feeding, diapering / toileting, rest, and hygiene in a respectful and nurturing manner.
- Maintain an organized, aesthetically pleasing, and purposeful classroom environment that reflects children's learning journeys.
- Display children's work and learning documentation to honour their creativity and thinking.
- Build respectful, trusting relationships with parents and caregivers through open communication and regular updates.
- Work as part of a team to co-plan and co-reflect on curriculum, projects, and classroom practices.
Qualifications :
Has a Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldHolds KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) CertificationLoves working with children aged 3 months to 3 years.Passion for working with young children and supporting their natural curiosity.Strong observation, documentation, and reflective practice skills.Is creative, patient, and a great team player.Communicates well in English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus).Is eager to learn and grow with usCandidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply and join our growing team
