Drafter

As a Drafter, you will be responsible for :

• Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software for architectural, mechanical or electrical projects and ensuring precision and adhere to project specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and other team members to understand projects requirements and incorporate design changes into drawings effectively.
• Conduct on-site monitoring and oversee the progress of architectural work, coordinating with project managers and architects for seamless project execution.
• Adhere to industry standard and specification while producing drawings, ensuring that the design comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Provide support during the construction phase by offering expertise in interpreting drawings addressing on-site challenges, and collaborating with projects managers for successful project completion.
• Monitored on-site activities and created logistic plans, scheduling updates aligned with client specifications.
• Communicated effectively with various stakeholders for As-Built Drawing preparation
• Prepared and verified signage drawings in collaboration with consultants on-site.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.
