As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you'll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client's business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture.

Skills and experiences

• Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large programs of work that involve platforming / re-platforming Data Solutions within Azure cloud, utilizing tools such as Databricks and Synapse
• Capability in creating design artifacts and presenting them for approval at architectural forums attended by multi-disciplined stakeholders from engineering to senior ("C level") client executives
• Experience in designing and delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions using relevant approaches (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Cloud Scale Analytics, etc.)
• Proven experience in migrating on-premise Data Warehouses and ETL pipelines to cloud-based DW solutions, particularly Azure and Databricks
• Exposure to Power BI reporting, including data modeling and dashboard / report design to enable business insights and self-service analytics
• Identifying and designing for key architectural characteristics such as performance, security, and reliability
• Domain knowledge in Banking or Telecommunications, with a strong understanding of industry-specific data practices, regulatory considerations, and business use cases
