This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the strategic growth of a world-class organization.

Your new role

1. Oversee Manufacturing Operations : Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth production processes and high efficiency.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost management.

3. Process Optimization : Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance through lean manufacturing techniques and automation.

Strong experience with Semiconductor components and manufacturing processes
