Overview

The associate owns and executes task relating to Account Payable / Account Receivable / General Ledger, Tax Compliance and general administration support for South Korea. The incumbent is also responsible for areas like credit control and collection performance to ensure Days Sales Outstanding / Days Payable Outstanding meets the corporate targets.

Responsibilities

• Support in Accounts Receivable / Payable and General Ledger management & reporting functions
• Value-Added Tax Filing for Accounts Receivable Filing
• Manage the Ready to Invoice report & jobs
• Produce Reports like Monthly Sales, Accounts Receivable Aging, Revenue Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, etc
• Post Accounts Receivable Collections & Transactions into SAP
• Manage the Intercompany Debit & Credit notes in SAP
• Issue local Tax Invoice to customers
• Maintain customer master data in SAP
• Review credit limit customers
• Ensure timely recording for financial transactions in accordance with the global closing schedule
• Assist in Internal and external audits by addressing any queries related to Accounts Receivable & Revenue.
• Support in budgeting and statutory filing as assigned
• Any other duties required from the Finance Manager
