Job Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize project documents including correspondence, reports, drawings, meeting minutes, and filing.
  • Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle document submissions, transmittals, and follow up on approvals.
  • Support in preparing project-related presentations and reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing system (both physical and electronic) for project records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification or minimum 3 years of any related field.
  • Experience in a project or administrative role, particularly in construction or engineering projects, is preferred.
  • Required skills : Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and email management, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • Good project management & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills and coordination skills
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
