Job Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
Prepare, maintain, and organize project documents including correspondence, reports, drawings, meeting minutes, and filing.
Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
Handle document submissions, transmittals, and follow up on approvals.
Support in preparing project-related presentations and reports.
Ensure proper documentation and filing system (both physical and electronic) for project records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or higher qualification or minimum 3 years of any related field.
Experience in a project or administrative role, particularly in construction or engineering projects, is preferred.
Required skills : Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and email management, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
Good project management & interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills and coordination skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
