Responsibilities
To support Marketing Team and Creative Team for any design-related tasks.
Brainstorm ideas with the team.
Staying up to date on industry trends and developments then promote them within the team.
Collaborate with team members on all creative and design needs, including but not limited to print designs (flyers, banners, buntings, etc.), digital design (web design, social media post, EDM, etc.), infographic designs, presentation deck, branding concept & applications, creative ideation and conceptualization.
Work with copywriters and team to produce final design.
Work with team members to develop concepts, and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of graphic design experience, with a strong preference for previous agency experience.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- An impressive portfolio that showcases a wide range of design work, including brand development, digital and interactive design, and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to present and explain your design rationale to clients and team members with persuasive clarity.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for design, a pulse on current trends, and a desire to produce pioneering creative work.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or similar) is highly preferred.
