MEP Revit Designer

Overview

The MEP Revit Designer will develop accurate BIM models and construction documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, following the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Malaysian building codes, and industry standards.

The role includes producing authority-compliant drawings, coordinating with all disciplines, and ensuring clash-free, buildable designs for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate BIM models for MEP systems in Revit and generate construction documentation in alignment with BEP and applicable codes.
• Produce authority-compliant drawings and coordinate with all disciplines to ensure clash-free, buildable designs.
• Collaborate with project teams to support design development, coordination, and documentation efforts.
• Adhere to Malaysian codes & standards and BIM best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
