Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis

Job Description : The Role :

We are seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in our Penang facility and will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and improving system and business processes across Quality and EHS modules.

What You’ll Do :

• Regular support of business and system processes across the environment with an emphasis on EHS and Quality systems.
• Liaison with the business teams and IT teams to maintain, create and improve global quality and EHS processes
• Build and maintain documentation of requirements and solutions.
• Liaison with functional COEs to prioritize and assess business requests and manage the appropriate prioritization queues.
• Configure and implement IT solutions including the development of test plans and error resolution.
