Membership Consultant (Sales) - Anytime Fitness Sunway Putra Mall
As a Membership Consultant / Brand Ambassador (Sales) at Anytime Fitness Sunway Putra Mall, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and representing our brand with passion and professionalism. You will play a vital role as the first point of contact for potential members, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of our global fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships to prospective members through walk-ins, phone calls, social media engagement, and outreach events.
- Act as the face of Anytime Fitness Sunway Putra Mall , delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming first impression.
- Conduct club tours and present membership benefits in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective closing techniques.
- Build lasting relationships with members to encourage referrals, renewals, and a strong sense of community.
- Support outreach initiatives by participating in community events, marketing activities, and campaigns to grow the club’s presence.
