Sustainability Reporting Support
- Assist in leading the implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks across finance teams.
- Ensure reporting alignment with IFRS S1 and S2, including preparation and review of financial disclosures.
Governance & Financial Integrity
Conduct and review impairment testing and going concern assessments.Monitor SOP compliance and support governance-related initiatives.Financial Statement Preparation
Support the drafting and review of audited financial statements.Technical Advisory & Reconciliation
Provide technical accounting support and assist in resolving intercompany reconciliation issues.Liaise with finance teams in the automotive sub-sector to ensure consistency and accuracy.Corporate Exercises & Project Management
Participate in Group-level corporate exercises and strategic projects.Review financial and accounting matters and provide recommendations to the Manager.Board & GMC Paper Review
Assist in reviewing board and GMC papers related to external auditor evaluations, corporate exercises, and other key matters.Training & Development
Support the delivery of training programs aligned with MFRS and IFRS standards.Mentor junior staff and contribute to capability-building initiatives.Digitalisation Initiatives
Contribute to the digitalisation of sustainability reporting workflows.Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.Ad Hoc Assignments
Handle special assignments related to Group company matters as directed.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent are an advantage)Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis, or audit (preferably in a group or multinational environment)Strong knowledge of IFRS / MFRS standards, MBRS reporting, and regulatory complianceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; exposure to data analytics or digital tools is an added advantageStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and mentor junior staff#J-18808-Ljbffr
