We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Recruiter Team Lead

to spearhead our recruitment function in Malaysia. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a team to deliver top-tier talent.

As a Recruiter Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth through exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle—workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management—ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage digital platforms, job boards, and networking events to expand talent pipelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to remain competitive in the talent market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    • 3 years of recruitment experience

    , with at least

    2 years in a leadership or team lead role

  • Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for building high-performing teams.
