The position is responsible for all front office functions and team members.
Areas of responsibility includes Bell Staff, Front Office Operations and Guest Services / Front Desk.
As a department head, directs and works with managers and front office team to successfully execute all front office function while maintaining operational efficiency.
Carry out procedures to maintain an efficient guest check in and check out process.
Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance by leading the front office team, providing guidance and support while continuously motivating them to perform at their fullest potential.
Prerequisites :
Speaks English fluently (Bilingual skills would be an added plus)
Experience in hotel system (i.e. Oracle-Opera) Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Passion for customer care
Excellent interpersonal and Guest management skills, strong business communication skills
