Overview

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase product capabilities and ensure proper usage.
Gather customer feedback and document requirements to inform product development and improvements.
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide support and training.
Monitor all process batches with quality issues, ensuring that products meet customer specifications from the launch of new products to ongoing quality management.
Work closely with customers and engineering teams to outline product specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Involved in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Qualifications

With bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, quality management control or a related field is often preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with customers and internal teams.
