We serve over 59,000 merchants across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia. This role is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), also known as Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at KPay. You’ll be the first touchpoint for our inbound leads — qualifying prospects, keeping the sales pipeline flowing, and uncovering insights that help close deals faster. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving fintech company where you’ll learn the full sales cycle, work with a supportive team, and sharpen your skills in sales, analytics, and CRM management. Qualify inbound leads to assess intent and sales readiness. Follow up, nurture, and book appointments with qualified prospects. Use tools like CRM and WATI messaging broadcasts to automate and streamline lead management. Keep our CRM accurate and up to date — every lead, every stage, every time. Hit company SLAs for response time, lead handling, qualification, and appointment setting. Share insights on inbound funnel performance to help boost conversion rates. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, presales, or business development. Confident communicator — comfortable talking to prospects over phone and WhatsApp. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (bonus points). A keen interest in fintech, sales, and building customer relationships. Seniority level
