About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO / SEM Specialist to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong creative instincts, and the ability to craft compelling, high-performing content across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has a balance of technical SEO expertise , paid media strategy, and strong content writing skills , including proficiency in Mandarin , to effectively optimize campaigns and connect with multilingual audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies that align with business objectives and acquisition goals.

Lead and optimize search campaigns across global markets , improving traffic quality, engagement, and conversion performance.

Mentor and manage a team of SEO / SEM specialists, fostering a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement.

Stay current with search engine algorithms, content trends, and regional compliance requirements to ensure best-in-class execution.

Content Strategy & Creation

Write and refine high-impact ad copy, landing page content, and campaign materials in both English and Mandarin .

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.

Develop and optimize content calendars that support SEO and SEM initiatives.

SEO Management

Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and domain authority.

Collaborate with developers to enhance site structure, speed, indexing, and mobile performance .

Partner with content and product teams to deliver localized, SEO-optimized content in both English and Mandarin , maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance.

Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for multilingual audiences.

SEM / Paid Search Oversight

Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve optimal ROI.

Conduct A / B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

Use audience segmentation and localization strategies to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Track and report key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, organic traffic, and keyword rankings).

Build actionable dashboards and present campaign insights to leadership teams.

Translate data into recommendations that drive optimization and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM within a performance-driven digital marketing environment.

Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and conversion-oriented copy in English and Mandarin.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Data Studio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.

Solid understanding of content localization, cultural nuance, and multilingual audience engagement.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
