Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks across finance teams.
- Ensure reporting alignment with IFRS S1 and S2, including preparation and review of financial disclosures.
- Conduct and review impairment testing and going concern assessments.
- Monitor SOP compliance and support governance-related initiatives.
- Support the drafting and review of audited financial statements.
- Provide technical accounting support and assist in resolving intercompany reconciliation issues.
- Liaise with finance teams in the automotive sub-sector to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in Group-level corporate exercises and strategic projects; review financial and accounting matters and provide recommendations to the Manager.
- Assist in reviewing board and GMC papers related to external auditor evaluations, corporate exercises, and other key matters.
- Support the delivery of training programs aligned with MFRS and IFRS standards; mentor junior staff and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the digitalisation of sustainability reporting workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Handle special assignments related to Group company matters as directed.
